Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making any transactions on the DigiMudra platform.

DigiMudra is committed to providing a seamless digital payment experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed and cancellations are handled for transactions made through our platform, including mobile recharges, DTH, utility bill payments, and other services.
1. Successful Transactions
Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed and confirmed by the operator, it is considered final and non-refundable. DigiMudra is not liable for any service disruptions caused by the operator after a successful transaction.
If you have been charged but the operator has not credited the service, please allow up to 24–48 hours for the operator's system to update. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
2. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails after the amount is debited from your wallet or bank account, the amount will be automatically reversed to your DigiMudra wallet within 2–4 business hours.
In cases where the reversal does not happen automatically, please contact our support team at support@digimudra.in with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and process the refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Pending Transactions
Some transactions may be marked as "Pending" due to technical delays at the operator's end. These transactions will be resolved within 24–72 business hours.
Do not initiate a duplicate transaction while a previous one is pending. DigiMudra will not be responsible for duplicate payments made by the user.
4. Wallet Refunds
Refunds for failed or disputed transactions are credited back to your DigiMudra wallet balance by default. If you prefer a bank account refund, you may request it within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team.
Bank refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Cancellation Policy
Transactions once initiated cannot be cancelled mid-process. Once submitted, the request is immediately sent to the operator and cannot be recalled.
However, if a transaction is stuck in a "Processing" state for more than 2 hours, you may raise a cancellation request through our support team. Cancellation approval is subject to operator confirmation.
6. How to Raise a Refund Request
To raise a refund request:
1. Email us at support@digimudra.in with the subject line "Refund Request – [Transaction ID]" 2. Include your registered mobile number, transaction date, amount, and a brief description of the issue. 3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business hours. 4. Refund processing takes 5–7 business days after verification.

Important Note
DigiMudra acts as an intermediary between users and service operators. We are not responsible for any service disruptions, delays, or failures caused by the operator. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis based on operator response and transaction status.
