At DigiMudra Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel orders, return products, and receive refunds for purchases made on our platform at www.dgimudra.com.
We recommend reading this policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase on DigiMudra Store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are marked as "Shipped".
- To cancel, go to My Orders → Select Order → Cancel Order.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders cancelled before shipment require no action — no charge is applied.
After Shipment
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.
- You may refuse delivery at the door — the item will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the package (7–10 business days).
- Alternatively, you can initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
Cancellation by DigiMudra Store
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will be notified by email or SMS when an order is cancelled by us.
2. Return Policy
DigiMudra Store offers a hassle-free return policy. You may initiate a return within the applicable return window from the date of delivery.
Return Window by Category
- Clothing & Apparel (unstitched fabrics, salwar suits, dress material): 7 days from delivery.
- Accessories & Fashion: 7 days from delivery.
- Home & Kitchen Products: 10 days from delivery.
- Electronics & Gadgets: 7 days from delivery (subject to brand policy).
- Digital / Downloadable Products: Non-returnable.
- Customised or Made-to-Order items: Non-returnable unless defective.
- Perishable goods: Non-returnable.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Return must be initiated within the return window — late requests will not be accepted.
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders → Select the Order → Click "Return Item".
- Select the reason for return and upload photos if required.
- Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days.
- Refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at dgimudra@gmail.com with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Alternatively, raise a complaint via My Orders → Select Order → Report Issue.
- Our team will review your complaint within 24 hours.
- Eligible complaints will receive either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.
- Pickup of the defective item will be arranged at no cost to you.
We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery and refusing to accept visibly damaged parcels.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
- Order cancelled before shipment.
- Delivery refused at the door (for prepaid orders).
- Item returned within the return window in original condition.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item received and reported within 48 hours.
- Order not delivered within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- Payment debited but order not confirmed (payment failure refund).
Refunds Are NOT Applicable For:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
- Returns initiated after the return window has expired.
- Non-returnable categories (digital products, customised items, perishables).
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence by the customer.
- Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return or cancellation is approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after refund initiation.
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days after refund initiation.
- UPI: 2–3 business days after refund initiation.
- Digital Wallets: 1–2 business days after refund initiation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days — you will need to provide your bank account details.
- Store Credit / Coupon (optional): Instant credit to your DigiMudra Store account if you prefer this over a bank refund.
Refund timelines are from the date of approval, not the date of return pickup. The actual credit date may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Return Shipping
DigiMudra Store makes return shipping convenient:
- For defective, damaged, or wrong items: Reverse pickup is free of charge.
- For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, didn't like the product): Reverse pickup may attract a nominal fee of ₹50–₹100 depending on your location, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship the item. Reimbursement of shipping charges (up to ₹100) will be added to your refund upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
Please do not return items without a confirmed return request — unannounced returns cannot be processed.
7. Non-Delivery & Late Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your order status under My Orders for real-time tracking updates.
- If the status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, report it within 48 hours at dgimudra@gmail.com.
- If the order is delayed beyond 15 business days from the estimated date, you may request a full refund without returning the item.
- DigiMudra Store will initiate a courier investigation, which may take up to 7 business days. A full refund will be issued if the item is confirmed lost.

Important Note
DigiMudra Store acts as a marketplace for third-party sellers. For items sold by third-party merchants, the return and refund process is facilitated by DigiMudra Store but is subject to the seller's individual return policy displayed on the product listing page. In case of any conflict, DigiMudra Store's policy takes precedence to protect the customer.
