Terms & Conditions

The following terms used throughout this Agreement shall have the meanings set out below:

• "We", "Us", "Our" – shall refer to DigiMudra Store and its affiliated entities.
• "You", "Yours", "Yourself", "Customer" – refers to any visitor, registered user, or buyer on the DigiMudra Store platform, including individual consumers and business buyers.
• "DigiMudra Store App" – The mobile application(s) hosted by DigiMudra Store for browsing, purchasing, and managing orders on the platform.
• "DigiMudra Store Website" – Shall refer to www.dgimudra.com, the official online storefront operated by DigiMudra Store.
• "DigiMudra Store Platform" – Any platform, website, mobile application, URL, or communication channel owned or operated by DigiMudra Store to provide its ecommerce services.
• "DigiMudra Store Services" – All services offered through the DigiMudra Store Platform including product listings, order placement, payment processing, order fulfilment, delivery, returns, and customer support.
• "Seller / Merchant" – Any individual or business registered on DigiMudra Store to list and sell products or services to Customers.
• "Product" – Any physical or digital goods listed for sale on the DigiMudra Store Platform.
• "Order" – A confirmed purchase request placed by a Customer for one or more Products on the Platform.
• "Terms of Use" / "Terms and Conditions" – are interchangeably used and shall have the same meaning.

By accessing DigiMudra Store and placing orders on our Platform, You represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• You have the right, authority, and capability to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use.
• You are not barred or legally prohibited from purchasing goods or services under the applicable laws of India.
• You are not impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your identity, age, or affiliation.
• All personal and payment details provided by you are true, accurate, current, and belong to you.
• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and will not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

DigiMudra Store is an ecommerce platform that enables Customers to browse, discover, and purchase a wide range of products from verified Sellers and Merchants.

DigiMudra Store Account ("DSA") – Your account created upon registration, enabling you to place orders, track deliveries, manage returns, save addresses, maintain a wishlist, and access your order history.

Our key services include:

• Product Listings – Browse thousands of products across categories including electronics, fashion, home & kitchen, beauty, sports, books, and more.
• Order Management – Place, track, modify (where applicable), and cancel orders through your DigiMudra Store account.
• Secure Payments – Pay via debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Express & Standard Delivery – Multiple shipping options with real-time tracking updates.
• Returns & Refunds – Hassle-free return and refund process subject to the applicable return policy of each product.
• Customer Support – Dedicated support for order issues, complaints, and queries via chat, email, or phone.
• Wishlist & Saved Items – Save products for future purchase.
• Reviews & Ratings – Share and read honest product reviews from verified buyers.

DigiMudra Store reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service or product category at any time without prior notice. Pricing, availability, and offers on the Platform are subject to change.

To place orders and access personalized features, you must register on the DigiMudra Store Platform by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify DigiMudra Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

DigiMudra Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, multiple accounts for the same individual, or any violation of these Terms.

If your registered phone number is transferred, deactivated, or surrendered, it is your responsibility to update your account details immediately. DigiMudra Store shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from failure to update such information.

All orders placed on DigiMudra Store are subject to product availability and acceptance by the respective Seller. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, and the contract is formed only upon order confirmation by DigiMudra Store or the Seller.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Debit Cards & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
• Net Banking
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select pin codes and order values
• EMI options – available on select cards and order values

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. DigiMudra Store reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at incorrect prices after notifying you.

In the event of a failed transaction where your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DigiMudra Store aims to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe displayed at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available for select pin codes and products).
• Free shipping may be applicable on orders above a specified minimum order value.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

DigiMudra Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to the Seller and a re-delivery fee may apply.

DigiMudra Store offers a return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Return eligibility varies by product category and Seller policy, and will be clearly mentioned on the product listing page.

• Most products are eligible for return within 7–30 days of delivery, subject to category-specific policies.
• Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Certain products such as perishables, digital goods, intimate apparel, and customized items are non-returnable.
• Damaged or defective items can be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and verified.

DigiMudra Store reserves the right to reject a return or refund request if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria or if there is evidence of misuse or tampering.

You agree to use the DigiMudra Store Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You shall not:

• Place fraudulent, fake, or malicious orders.
• Use the Platform to resell products in violation of Seller terms or applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory product reviews.
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, promotions, or referral programs.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or DigiMudra Store systems.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or overburdens the Platform infrastructure.

DigiMudra Store reserves the right to take legal action and/or suspend or terminate your account without notice in the event of any breach of the above conduct guidelines.

DigiMudra Store acts as a marketplace platform for third-party Sellers. While we endeavour to list only verified and reputable Sellers, DigiMudra Store does not own, manufacture, or warehouse the products listed by third-party Sellers.

DigiMudra Store does not accept responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of product listings by third-party Sellers. Any disputes regarding product quality or delivery from a third-party Seller must be resolved through DigiMudra Store's dispute resolution process.

The Platform may also integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, and review platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and conditions, which you may be required to agree to when using them.

DigiMudra Store and its Merchant Partners may offer promotional discounts, coupons, cashback, loyalty points, and limited-time deals to Customers. All such offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

• Offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Cashback or loyalty points will be credited to your account within the stated timeline after successful order delivery.
• DigiMudra Store reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in disqualification and account suspension.

By registering on DigiMudra Store, you consent to receiving communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp regarding order updates, offers, new arrivals, and platform announcements.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails. However, transactional communications (e.g., order confirmations, OTPs, delivery updates) cannot be opted out of as they are essential to the service.

DigiMudra Store shall not be liable for non-delivery of communications due to factors beyond our control such as incorrect contact details, network issues, or device settings.

All content on the DigiMudra Store Platform — including logos, brand name, product images, website design, text, graphics, software, and compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of DigiMudra Store or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without prior written consent from DigiMudra Store.

Product images and descriptions provided by third-party Sellers remain the intellectual property of the respective Sellers or their licensors. DigiMudra Store does not claim ownership over Seller-provided content.

DigiMudra Store may operate through group companies, subsidiaries, or affiliate entities for the purposes of warehousing, logistics, customer support, and payment processing. You understand and agree that your order may be fulfilled by one or more of these entities on behalf of DigiMudra Store.

DigiMudra Store may also partner with brand-owned stores and authorized distributors to list genuine products. Brand partnerships do not imply an exclusive or preferential relationship unless stated explicitly.

You may cancel an order before it is shipped, subject to the order cancellation policy applicable to the product. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the returns process.

DigiMudra Store reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment failure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

DigiMudra Store may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you are found to have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Platform in any manner. DigiMudra Store shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such termination.

DigiMudra Store's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the order value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

DigiMudra Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from:

• Delays in delivery or non-delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.
• Product defects or quality issues attributable to the Seller or manufacturer.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any disruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiMudra Store, its affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Use.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Platform by you.
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

DigiMudra Store shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages, or failure of third-party service providers (including payment gateways and logistics partners).

In the event of a force majeure situation, DigiMudra Store will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with your use of the DigiMudra Store Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.

We encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team for any grievances. Most issues can be resolved amicably without formal proceedings. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated as per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the occurrence of the relevant event, except for claims related to fraudulent transactions which must be reported immediately upon discovery.

DigiMudra Store endeavours to ensure that all product information, images, and descriptions on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Products may vary slightly from their images due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing variations.

DigiMudra Store does not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times.
• Products listed by third-party Sellers will be free from defects.
• Delivery will always occur within the estimated timeframe.
• Promotional offers will remain available throughout their advertised period.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". DigiMudra Store disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you have a dispute with another user or a Seller, you release DigiMudra Store (and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
