Welcome to DigiMudra. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital payment platform and services. By registering, accessing, or using DigiMudra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. DigiMudra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DigiMudra platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our Service immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform including retailers, members, and administrators. DigiMudra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
DigiMudra provides a digital payment and utility services platform that enables users to:
• Recharge prepaid mobile phones across all major Indian telecom operators • Pay DTH, electricity, water, gas, broadband, and other utility bills • Process FASTag recharges and loan repayments • Manage digital wallets and fund transfers • Access insurance and financial service payments
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. User Registration & Eligibility
To access DigiMudra services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be a registered business entity (for retailer accounts) or an individual user authorized by a registered retailer
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. DigiMudra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. User Obligations
As a user of DigiMudra, you agree to:
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes • Not share your login credentials with any third party • Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately • Provide accurate information for all transactions • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 • Not use automated systems or software to access the platform without authorization
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on DigiMudra:
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or user account • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code • Using the platform to harass, abuse, or harm any other user • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions • Reselling or sub-licensing DigiMudra services without authorization
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the DigiMudra platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and data compilations are the intellectual property of DigiMudra Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from DigiMudra. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiMudra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the Service • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service • Failures or delays caused by telecom operators, banks, or utility providers • Technical issues, system downtime, or internet connectivity problems
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiMudra's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DigiMudra Pvt. Ltd. with respect to the use of the platform.
